These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PriceBrain websites, software, dashboards, services, integrations, and related products provided by Internut Sdn Bhd.

Use of services

You may use PriceBrain only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with agreed subscription, pilot, project, or service terms. You are responsible for user access, credentials, and data submitted through your account or integrations.

Integrations and data sources

PriceBrain may connect with ESL systems, inventory, ERP, POS, online stores, loyalty platforms, and other systems. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those systems and provide data to PriceBrain.

AI recommendations

PriceBrain may provide AI-assisted recommendations, forecasts, alerts, and analytics. These are decision-support tools. Retailers remain responsible for final pricing, promotion, compliance, and operational decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hardware and third-party systems

Electronic shelf labels, base stations, gateways, and third-party platforms may be subject to separate manufacturer, vendor, or service terms. Compatibility and performance may depend on network conditions, integrations, and deployment environment.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but availability may vary due to maintenance, connectivity, third-party systems, or events beyond our control.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriceBrain and Internut Sdn Bhd are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
